-Boil the potatoes till soft.Cool and peel.Chop the coriander leaves and green chilies finely.
Make a smooth paste of the coriander leaves and chillies with salt to taste.
Mash the potatoes well and knead into a dough adding the coriander paste, rice flour and sesame seeds.
Apply little ghee on your palms and roll the dough into a smooth ball.
Using the chakli ( star) plate in the chakli maker , press out small rounds (chaklis) on a polythene sheet .
Heat sufficient oil in a kadai.Drop the chaklis one by one and fry till golden and crisp.
Drain in an absorbent paper and garnish with sesame seeds .Serve hot or at room temperature with curd, salad or dip of choice .
